Silver Comb To You — Mobile Hair Care & Special‑Event Styling

Silver Comb To You provides in‑home hair care for elderly women and polished styling for proms, weddings, and special occasions. Every appointment is scheduled with care, travel time, and product preparation. This policy ensures clarity, fairness, and respect for both you and your clients.

Service Refunds

Because services are delivered in person and require dedicated travel and preparation:

  • Completed services are non‑refundable. Once a service has been performed, payment reflects the time, skill, and materials used.

  • If a client is unsatisfied with the result, you may offer a same‑day adjustment when possible. Adjustments are not guaranteed for events or styles requiring extensive prep.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24‑hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the service total.

  • Same‑day cancellations or no‑shows may be charged 100% of the service total, as travel time and scheduling cannot be recovered.

  • If you must cancel due to illness, weather, or emergencies, clients may reschedule or receive a full refund for any prepaid amount.

Deposits for Prom & Wedding Styling

  • A non‑refundable deposit may be required to secure event dates. This deposit covers time reserved exclusively for the client.

  • If the event is canceled by the client, the deposit is not refunded. If you must cancel, the deposit is returned in full.

Travel Fees

Travel fees, when applicable, are non‑refundable once travel has begun.

Product Purchases

Any retail hair products purchased from you are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Request a Review or Adjustment

Clients may contact you through your website’s form to request:

  • an appointment review

  • a same‑day adjustment (when possible)

  • clarification about charges

You respond with professionalism, discretion, and care.
